In 2008, a group of operations consultants led by Concentra Analytics’ now CEO, Rupert Morrison, decided there had to be a better way to solve business problems.

A way which didn’t involve working until 3am in a nightmare of endless Excel spreadsheets and frustratingly static PowerPoint slides.

To help businesses gain competitive advantage on an ongoing rather than project-by-project basis, we knew combining operational knowledge with technology could make problem-solving easier and faster.

So, we merged our consulting firm with technology company Concentra, to create a new hybrid business model.

A model where industry and domain expertise could be combined with analytics and cutting-edge technology to solve business problems faster and deliver sustainable value for organisations of all shapes and sizes.

12 years later, and we are now a global SaaS company with award-winning software products, platforms and services that enable businesses to capture, manage, and analyse data to improve their operations and execute strategies more effectively.

With almost 300 employees across 6 offices in London, Philadelphia, The Hague, Hong Kong, Toronto and Sydney, our portfolio includes OrgVue, the leading organisational design and workforce planning SaaS solution, and of course ourselves, TrueCue.
